Position Summary


As a “Global Media Transformation Lead”, you will be leading Media Transformation agenda globally, bringing the ambition to fruition through activating and embedding the new model across the zones. In this position, you will unlock growth through the zone led media agency model by scaling and seamlessly operationalizing the Global Strategic Media Guidelines, through embedding and activating within agencies tools, systems, talent and processes. You will manage relationship and performance of Global Media agency partners, to ensure effective delivery of global media roadmap. Additionally, you will maintain and further build the Nestle Global Media Community to harness our scale and accelerate learnings.

A Day in the Life of a Global Media Transformation Lead


  • Lead the successful execution of the Media Agency Transformation model, bringing the original RFP ambition to fruition
  • Focus on embedding and scaling the Global Strategic Media Guidelines (Media Principles, Cross Screens) across the respective zones with the agency partners
  • Tailor agency tools, systems, and processes in collaboration with zone media and communication teams and group marketing experts
  • Seek best practices and learnings to accelerate the application across zones and markets
  • Collaborate with data and insights teams, media agencies, and digital platform partners to understand changes in consumer behaviors, tech, and measurement
  • Establish processes and ways of working with global agency partners (4 x agencies)
  • Be a connector within group marketing to prioritize deliverables with media agency partners
  • Strengthen and evolve the global media community to drive and deliver the global media roadmap and harness scale at Nestle
  • Surface best-in-class media strategy and execution and champion the work to be shared internally and externally
  • Strive to increase the volume and quality of award entries in the media and communication industry for Nestlé
  • Ensure agency partners and digital platform partners are onboarded to create seamless application


What will make you successful


  • 10+ years of experience managing / working on large global media budgets either at another advertiser or within media agency - Prior media agency experience desired
  • Strong understanding of the Media Communication landscape, with experience across all media types and the role the play to grow brands
  • Good grasp of the future of advertising technology, tools landscape and implications on successful Media activation
  • Ability to lead large multi-market workshops and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of measurement solutions and methodologies to calculate media efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong communicator and connector across varying levels of seniority both internally and externally
  • Passion and curiosity for the media industry
  • Fluent in English
